The Holy Eucharist is truly the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. If you remain unsure, I urge you to read John 6, beginning with verse 22. The Mass is entirely founded upon this belief. If this were false, the whole Church would collapse, and all Catholics would be guilty of idolatry. On the other hand, if it is true, then those who reject it have completely misunderstood Jesus, missing out on the greatest gift for attaining union with Him. Many Eucharistic miracles have occurred, where consecrated hosts have bled human blood tested as type AB. Let me conclude with the words of St. Paul from 1 Corinthians: "Whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord unworthily will have to answer for the body and blood of the Lord. For anyone who eats and drinks without discerning the body, eats and drinks judgment on himself."
