From today's First Reading from Isaiah 58, we have the verse "If you bestow your bread on the hungry, then light shall rise for you in the darkness." And today's Response from Psalm 86 reads, "Teach me your way, O Lord, that I may walk in your truth." I see clearly that God is light, for he reveals to us what is holy and sinful, right and wrong, true and false—and most of all, the path to eternal bliss and that of eternal damnation.
