In the Gospel reading from Matthew 15, Jesus took seven loaves of bread and a few fish, gave thanks, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, who in turn fed a hungry crowd of four thousand men, not counting women and children. They all ate and were satisfied. This miracle may not be so dramatic as the miracle of the sun that happened at Fatima in 1917, witnessed by a estimated 70,000 people, but it's equally amazing, if not more so. The Lord always shows his power to us mostly humbly, only to inspire and uplift us.
