"Be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect." (Matthew 5:48)

To Be Set Free

Physically, we are completely earthbound due to the gravitational pull, but we do have the innate desire to be set free. Thankfully, we have the opportunity to let God set our soul free, fulfilling our ultimate desire.

Love and Fire

God is love, but he is also fire. Respect both by enjoying his love and never playing with his fire.

Most Beautiful Joy

It's a joy that's rooted in God and for God and characterized by freedom ~ it is the joy of total abandonment in God.

How Love Flows

In union with God, your spiritual love for him grows, from which flows his love for others.

Pseudo Freedom

If you think you are free on your own without God, you are not free.

Infinite Mercy Necessary

We are supposed to love God with our all our heart, all our soul, all our strength, and all our mind, yet we fall far short. Should the mercy of God be finite, we would be doomed. In order for us to be saved, his mercy must be infinite.

Becoming Holy

Becoming holy is the process of parting with yourself until you completely belong to God.

Unique Belonging

Jesus is the only one whom I can claim to be all mine, while he belongs to all others who love him.

Joy of Union

Communion experience of Palm Sunday of the Lord's Passion. I felt as if I had lived my whole life for this moment of union with the Lord. The joy was indescribable.

Forbidden Risk

Jesus is the only one who can save us from damnation ~ there are no others. Jesus says, "Whoever denies me before others, I will deny before my heavenly Father" (Matthew 10.33). Risk losing your health or mind, but never your soul!

Two Big Things

Since accepting Jesus is such a big thing that it can change your life and get you into heaven, rejecting him is equally big.

Love on a Higher Level

When we love others, the most we can do is to wish them well, pray for them, and help them with their needs in whatever way possible ~ we have no power to save their souls. Then we have God whose love for all is infinitely greater than ours and who can save our souls ~ it's love on an entirely higher (deeper) level.

Shortening Our Purgatory

When we accept and offer up our sufferings to God, it becomes part of our purgatory.

Beginning the Journey of Salvation

Since my last post on March 1, the Lord has given me a number of thoughts which I shall post on this Easter of 2016. Naturally, everything will have to do with him, since anything unrelated to him is not worth mentioning.
We all are capable of loving others. If you are aware that your love originates from God who is love, you have begun your journey to salvation.

Considering Sins

The light of Jesus exposes all our sins. If you hide from him, your sins remain with you for all eternity! Something you must consider, unless you have no sin or believe that you sins need not be forgiven.

Beautiful Sight & Sweet Feeing

Today the Lord makes me see that a soul that's repenting and returning to him is a most beautiful sight. He also makes my heart feel that having him touch and purify it is a most sweet feeling.

Happiest Person Status

The Lord has already made me the happiest person in the whole world. Therefore, I do not envy anyone who is happy, but is concerned about everyone who is unhappy.

About Saving Others

I like or feel sorry for many people despite the fact that they neither know nor wish to consider Jesus seriously, for they told me that they are at peace with themselves. I do wish all of them to be saved and reason that surely God would save them since he is infinitely more compassionate than I. Then what if these people have never asked God to forgive their sins for they do not know him? Certainly, God wishes to save everyone, but not everyone gets saved. Since I do not read hearts, I just have to leave it at that and "limit" myself to praying for and loving everyone, letting God take care of the rest.
